1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

• Usage data (analytics): aggregated, anonymised data about pages visited, device type, country (from IP, then discarded), and referrer.
• Tool inputs: if you use our ROI calculator or system configurator, your inputs are processed locally in your browser and are not stored on our servers.
• Contact submissions: if you email us, we retain the email and any information you provide.

We do not collect: payment data, government IDs, or precise location.

3. Why we collect it (legal basis under GDPR)

• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): analytics to improve the site, fraud/abuse prevention.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): non-essential cookies and any marketing pixels — only after you opt in.
• Contract / pre-contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): responding to your questions.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use Google Analytics 4 (when enabled) for aggregated usage statistics. Non-essential cookies are only set after you give explicit consent via the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies for this site or using your browser's Do Not Track setting.

5. Affiliate tracking

When you click an affiliate link on our site, you will be directed to a third-party merchant (e.g. EcoFlow, Tesla, Enpal). That merchant may set their own cookies to attribute a resulting sale to us. We do not share any personal data with these partners — only an anonymised referral identifier.

You have the right to:

7. Data retention

Analytics data is retained for 14 months in aggregated form. Contact-form submissions are retained for 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.

8. International transfers

Some of our service providers (e.g. Google Analytics) may process data outside the EEA. Such transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

9. Changes to this policy

We will post any material changes here. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
